theSPARKtech came to life in 2018, thanks to two ambitious third-year med students who just couldn’t settle for overpriced, unreliable tech options in Sri Lanka. Fueled by their love for all things Apple and a big dose of frustration, they saw friends and students around them struggling to afford the tech they needed to thrive.
So, they decided to make a change. What started as a mission to bring affordable, genuine Apple products to students and professionals quickly grew into something bigger: a place where quality meets accessibility. But it didn’t stop at just fair prices. They threw in extended warranties, special student discounts, and an unwavering commitment to reliable sourcing, so no one would have to compromise on the tech they love.
Word spread fast. By 2020, theSPARKtech had evolved into The Spark Tech Solutions (Pvt) Ltd. and became one of Sri Lanka’s top-rated tech destinations, with hundreds of glowing reviews across Google and Facebook to prove it.
