Apple Care Warranty

Your shiny Apple gadgets are covered for 12 months (that’s a whole year!) starting from the day you walk out with them—unless, of course, otherwise noted on the receipt or for special products.

Accessories & Other Electronics

Depending on the manufacturer’s magic, your accessories and other devices get either 6 months or 12 months of warranty, kicking off from purchase day unless we say otherwise.

Transferring Your Warranty

Non-Transferable: This warranty stays with you, the original buyer—no passing it on to your little brother, best friend, or anyone else. It’s non-transferable.

Repairs and Replacements

Repairs & Replacements: We’ll try our best to fix or replace your gadget with Apple-approved parts (or even a new one!) within the warranty period. No worries, all parts and repairs are free—just leave the accessories at home because external parts (like the phone covers) aren’t covered.

Remaining Warranty: If we fix or replace your device, the warranty clock doesn’t reset—you’ll just get the remaining time from the original warranty.

Out-of-Warranty Repairs: Need a fix after the warranty? No sweat, you’ll get a standard 90-day repair warranty, straight from Apple.

Proof of Purchase: When asked, kindly pull out that receipt we emailed you—it’s your ticket to claiming the warranty!

Shipping Costs: Love your device enough to ship it to us for repairs? The cost of getting it to us and back is all yours, we’re afraid.

There’s no free pass for:

1. Drops, dunks, dirt, or disasters like fire or floods (keep it safe!).
2. Scratches, dents, and dings—those are on you.
3. Damage from using non-approved accessories or accessories not up to Apple’s high standards.
4. Software gremlins from unauthorized apps or unsanctioned hacks—install at your own risk!
5. Wear and tear—batteries age, it’s just how life works.
6. Stuff like theft, lightning strikes, or power surges… don’t mess with nature (or electricity).
7. Any serial number tinkering—we see you, don’t do it.
8. Watch Face Woes: Custom smartwatch faces gone wrong? If they cause a boot loop, your warranty is out the window. Choose wisely!
9. Power Bank Pro Tip: Don’t let your power bank drop below 10%—if it doesn’t charge back up, no warranty for you!

Other General Terms

Back Up Your Data: We love your data, but we’re not responsible for it! Make sure you back up your files before sending in your device for repairs.

Our Responsibility: We’re only responsible for what’s spelled out in this warranty—no hidden obligations or fine print tricks here.

Subject to Change: Like the weather, warranty terms, product features, and specs can change without notice. We’ll keep you on your toes!

Doorstep Delivery: Want to get your device delivered to your doorstep? Sure! Just know that delivery charges are non-refundable.
